The lounge is comfortably furnished
with a two-seater sofa and two armchairs. There is also a coffee table,
side table, reading lamps, sideboard and well stocked book case. Two
ceiling fans for those hot days and an electric oil heater for the cool
evenings. A CD player and radio, TV and DVD player are also
provided. There is a toilet and shower room off the lounge. Patio doors
open onto the patio area and plunge pool. Patio furniture, sun loungers
and a Bar-B-Q are provided |

The kitchen is fully equipped with
a double bowl sink. A full size cooker with an electric oven, grill and gas hob
and a microwave. A 7 cubic foot fridge/freezer is provided, as are
an automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board, electric kettle and
toaster. Ample cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery are provided. The
dining area is equipped with a large pine table and six chairs. A ceiling
fan is provided in the kitchen area.

The pool which is a plunge pool, is about
17feet x 8feet. It is about 5feet at it's deepest, with two steps at the shallow end
and steps at the deep end. The patio is fully covered and there are sliding patio doors leading
to the Lounge. The pool is maintained on a weekly basis by Gavin our pool man. However, you
are invited to use the net to clear any leaves or other debri when convenient.

The Villa has two bedrooms. The
master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and lamps,
dressing table and mirror and built in wardrobes. Double patio doors lead
onto the large balcony overlooking the plunge pool. The second bedroom has
two single beds, bedside table and lamp, mirror and fitted wardrobe. Both
bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. All bed linen is provided
