Klimataria was built about 20 years ago, it
was the first development in Pissouri, overlooking a wine
growing valley which almost reached the beach. There were no shops and the
beach was undeveloped. Over time the developers have moved in. Fortunately, all of the new development has
been in the hills on the opposite side of the valley, so Villa 5B remains a quiet
oasis set in it's own gardens. |

Hi, I'm Anita, your hostess. I go to the Villa at least twice a year for my holidays, so you can be sure that it is maintained and equipped to a high
standard. After all I would not expect anybody to live in conditions I
would not want to live in myself. During your stay, Sandra
and Gavin will make sure that any little problems are sorted out. Gavin
will attend to the pool and Sandra will ensure that the Villa is fully
prepared and cleaned prior to your arrival. |

Within 200 meters of the Villa you will find Tarrantos car hire.
There are more car hire companies down in the jetty. About
100 meters further along is the Ampeli Restaurant. Walk down
towards the beach and find more shops including 'Joanna's'
supermarket, the 'Black Rock' diving centre, a bicycle hire shop and
several restaurants. At the beach you will find a bank, tavernas and the Columbia Hotel, where
you are more than welcome at any time for meals or just a coffee. |
